We have a 3 acre course fishing lake on site. The lake contains large specimen Carp (upto 20lbs) plus Rudd, Roach, Tench and Bream.

Day tickets cost £5 and must be purchased from reception prior to fishing.

Rules of the lake are as follows:

• Fishing is only allowed from dawn to dusk & from the swims
• Please handle our fish with care & return to the lake promptly
• Maximum 1 rod or pole  per person
• All landing nets & unhooking mats to be dipped daily in our disinfectant tank
• Site shop ground bait & pellets only to be used
• No boilies or other flavoured substances
• Unhooking mats must be used for all fish
• Barb-less hooks only
• No keep nets

Anyone contravening these rules will
be asked to leave with immediate effect

We ask that you handle our fish with care and return them to the lake promptly.
